This is the radiosonde data downloaded from U of Wyoming, the format is 
kept same as the raw files, some unnecessary lines are removed, and 
invalid data left as empty in the raw data is replaced by NAN. No other 
processing such as interpolation and smoothing, is done.

As 05-14, data of 40 stations in southeast Aisa and west Pacific are downloaded.

The data files are organized by station number, reformatted data is named as:
2019-12-31_1200_48601_rs_data.txt

Raw data files are kept in the same folder:

Each data file starts with a header with basic information of the station and then valid data.
